OUR RETURN POLICY

Did you love your order? If not, see below for all the return details.

PURCHASE & RETURNS:

• We are responsible for what we sell. If the product is damaged or defective or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you expected, you can return Nurtihance to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a 100% refund.

• We offer hassle-free returns through courier pickup or you can also request a replacement for the products online. You do not have to bear any courier or shipping charges for returns.

• Nutrihance bought online can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damaged product delivery. This needs to be brought to our notice through email within 48 hours from the delivery date.

• Any product returned to us should be in the same condition as received in its original packaging, invoice and tags.

• If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and mail at e-mail us at nutrihance@jubl.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is done at the earliest.

• We do not accept return or exchange of gift vouchers.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE THROUGH COURIER:

• You will be given an Airway Bill while delivering the product which is to be shared along with the copy of the invoice while return/replacement. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier after processing your return/replacement request.

• Replacement through courier shall only be done for products with exactly the same price as the product being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement merchandise and our Customer Care Associate will check and confirm if it is available in stock and whether the replacement can be made.

• Any refund against a return request made to Nutrihance customer support and collected by courier shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition along with the original invoice.

• After the merchandise is received and verified by Nutrihance we shall process a refund/replacement within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the product you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you it can still be cancelled online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product back from the courier. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you.
